Hello! I'm Adrianna, a Recreation Therapist and a leisure lover alike!

What is my mission? I believe there's a gap in our leisure knowledge and understanding. In recreation therapy, we learn about providing recreation and leisure to clients with an impairment or limitation. But I believe that recreational therapy concepts can benefit everyone, as we recognize that recreation and leisure increase our quality of life.

I want to share how I personally apply the knowledge I've acquired in my own life, while also sharing tips, tricks, and resources to help empower you!

Follow along as I teach you how to cultivate your moments!
