They have seen “the good, the bad, and the ugly” when it comes to this process — both on campus and from the vendor perspective. While they've seen things go very wrong, they've also witnessed implementations go very right. 

As commencement passes and summer approaches, many institutions are in the final decision-making process for a new CRM implementation, in the sales process for a new technology, or in the midst of implementing a new tool. While it’s easy to wear rose-colored glasses and think that your implementation will be flawless, that is typically not exactly how it goes.
