Join us as we explore and investigate the impact that sport, wellness and leadership can have on individuals, teams and a community. Established during the time of the COVID pandemic, hosts of the podcast will interview a diverse group of individuals who will share their successes, challenges and advice to inspire and educate students and our greater community about the core values of the Edge program; discipline, teamwork, a positive attitude and resiliency.
