A lot of people look at Millennials as entitled. Others look at them as lazy. The truth is they are just shifting perspective and are incredibly resourceful. Millennials have found ways to solve new problems by taking the knowledge from previous generations and applying the technology available now.

The Boomers kept a depression mentality, that you did whatever it takes in order to achieve the “American Dream.” They wanted the white picket fence, 2.5 kids, and would do whatever it took to get that. Even if it meant a job that made them miserable. Today Millennials want both their personal and work lives to be something they’re not just happy with, but something they love. Is that really so bad? I don’t see it as entitlement, but the progression of humanity.
