There may be a subtle, or not so subtle, enemy keeping you from what you want and enjoying what you already have. An enemy that we have control over yet is not so easy to look in the eye, but we must at least consider it’s presence. That enemy is ego. Join us as we dig into ego, confidence, passion, and purpose with Ryan Holiday.

Ryan is a strategist and expert on stoic philosophy, among many other subjects. He dropped out of college at 19 to apprentice under Robert Greene, author of The 48 Laws of Power, and later served as director of marketing for American Apparel. His company Brass Check has advised clients like Google, Taser, and Complex, as well as many prominent bestselling authors.

Ryan has written a total of 5 books, the most recent being Ego is the Enemy. His previous book, The Obstacle is the Way, has been translated into 17 languages and has a cult following among NFL coaches, world-class athletes, TV personalities, political leaders, and others around the world. His perspective will absolutely make you stop, reflect and very possibly remap some aspects of your life. He comes to us live from a small ranch outside Austin, Texas.
