Kate and I spoke of how the sedentary life of Covid is wreaking havoc on our bodies, and how movement can inspire our creativity.

Kate is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a community health researcher. She has spent almost 30 years as a professional Health Promoter and health educator. Along the journey, Kate has advocated for the importance of how physical health impacts our mental health and how movement can maximize our learning and creativity. She helps women feel strong and capable in their bodies, regardless of age or functional level, by integrating movement, exercise, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
