127 Conscious dating advice: Letting go of judgment

Letting go of judgment is a SKILL. We often judge people before we even meet them. When you are look at your next potential suitor or gal, as you look at their profile and BEFORE you swipe left, ask yourself, "Do I have any judgements about this person?" And be honest. The key of being a conscious dater is being honest with yourself and you can see where you need to grow and allow love to grow within you.
