He’s already established the best winning percentage in the 126-year history of Denison baseball, and he’s already the school’s all-time winningest baseball coach, but that’s only part of the reason he’s on the Courtside Culture Podcast. 

That’s because Coach Deegan is also a master at developing a team-centric, positive, and organically-developed culture.
