Episode 182 – Timothy Reigle, author of “Living Porn Free”


Timothy Reigle, based in Pennsylvania, is the founder of “Into The Wilderness Ministries”. After overcoming a fifteen-year addiction to porn and sex, his marriage was saved, and he successfully entirely turned his life around.

Timothy is on a mission to help men transform their lives by renewing their faith and restoring their masculinity, which then serves to re-energize their families. He is also the author of the book, “Living Porn Free: 10 Steps to Recovery, Redemption, and Renewal”. 

Over the past five years, as a coach, Tim has helped hundreds of men overcome addiction to porn and sex while helping them to renew their faith, re-energize their families, and restore their masculinity, in order to become the man they really want to be.

During the interview, you will hear how Timothy was able to overcome his addiction through the mentorship of a man who coached him through the difficulty and helped him to address the true causes of his addiction, not just treating the underlying symptoms. 

The mentor was not a “professional coach” but he was a powerful guide for Timothy during his toughest times. 

Many of the things learned during this time of transition are still being used in his work to help other men overcome their sex and pornography addictions. Timothy also touts his as having a major role in his recovery and he also credits the love of his wife as being a huge factor in his recovery.
