#017. The arts in 2017 contributed $877.8 billion (4.5%) to the United States gross domestic product. That’s five times higher than the contribution of agriculture, and more than the sectors of construction and transportation/warehousing combined. So the health and future of the arts, including iconic arts businesses like J.W. Pepper should be a priority for everyone. Today we talk to Pepper’s Manager of Product Sales Tom Sabatino and School Editor Jennifer Moorhatch, to find out about what Pepper is offering choral folks as we survive the first full season during the pandemic.  Pepper is listening to choir folks and meeting our needs!  Did you know that J.W. Pepper created the very first sousaphone for John Phillip Sousa?  You won’t believe where it was rediscovered!
