In a special series celebrating the Andre Simon Awards 2021, Gilly celebrates the authors shortlisted for the prestigious food book prize.
Each week until the Awards themselves on March 8th, we meet the seven authors with an introduction by food assessor, the Nigerian born authorĀ Yemisi Aribisala.
