Ed Checo @edbarstarzz , is the founder of the worldwide calisthenic movement @Barstarzz, where they use calisthenic moves and bodyweight to make exercising fun. To date, they have grown a YouTube channel with more than 150 million views, and have a social media platform with a following of 1+ million people. All of which started with a kid who had a passion for working out in the park. Since then he has been featured on numerous media outlets such as Forbes, Mens Fitness, CNN, Business Insider, and many more.

 

He also has an exercise program called Barstarzz-BTX which uses calisthenics techniques and high intensity routines in order to train your body to use your own bodyweight. (I actually purchased the program and am on level 2 and I can honestly say it’s one of the best programs I’ve done; factoring in time, workout intensity, and results.)
