In this episode, we discuss consumer-driven User Experience (UX), while defining "Peak Information" and its impact on remote workers/learners.

Regarding web-based training, Stephen Rhyne, Founder and President of ConveYour, talks about the necessity of the User Experience (UX) being on par with, if not better than, the modern consumer experience.  He relates this to the overwhelming amount of information that is accessible online, and has become a commodity, which he calls "peak information."  Peak information relates to the UX and influences learners, particularly as more jobs are becoming remote.  This "remote-ness" is leading to fewer and fewer people feeling the need to conform to workplace pressures.  Because of this, trainers must be aware of that the modern learner operates under a set of different motivators.
