Elena Brower is a mother, teacher, artist, bestselling author, and host of the “Practice You Podcast”. She has multiple books on the art of energy and attention and strives to elevate humanity through creativity, empowerment, and self reflection. Elena uses the tools of yoga and meditation and oversees a global team of teachers as a Double Diamond with doTERRA, a community for essential oils. Her work brings together the body and mind, integrating techniques for optimal health and wellness.
