Consumer Road Rage Report - Episode 7

In this episode:

1. Elaine continues to try to get Toilet Justice - with no avail - the office bitch doesn't answer the phone.
2. Scott is sick and tired of Apple's I-Tunes nonsense: The Apple Store is out of commission and rude stupid phone peon.
3. 905-KRK - Peterbuilt truck polluting the air - and no DOT number, nor a company name. TRAFFIC VIOLATOR!
4. Scott discussing the worst customer service violation of all - REFUSING to get a manager on the phone. This is not a policy, it is abuse of customers.
5. Why doesn't Apple support it's own crap? I-Tunes may be free, but all the computers and other Apple stuff that is purchased should be used to pay for a help desk even for the "free services". If they have a genius bar in the store, they should have a phone based genius bar as well.
6. Wendy's messes up the order at the speaker, but gets it right at the window.
7. Elaine covers the derivation of "Badda Bing Badda Boom".
8. Elaine found a chat profile of an air brush vehicle painter.
9. Yet another traffic violator - talking on the telephone - and Elaine's Universal Headset solution - a rubber band around your phone and your head.
10. Scott saw a study that says people who eat and drive are just as dangerous as people wh otalk on the cell phone and drive.
11. Scott reminsces about his older brother getting busted smuggling a burger into the movie theater! Lol! The Ham-Burglar.
12. Elaine talks about Punch cards.
13. Scott and Elaine run headlong into a freeway parking lot behind an accident! :)
14. Elaine talks about Subrets Hot Dog carts in Manhattan, NY.
