#162: I used to have a to-do list every day, even when I wasn’t working. It was a measurement of my accomplishments each day. The more I was able to check off, the more accomplished and successful I felt that day or moment. But sadly, it was never enough. There is always something to add to the list. This can leave us feeling as if we are not successful or accomplished. This often leads to a lackluster feeling inside. Does this sound familiar to you?
