Catherine has been teaching and coaching her whole career. When she is not in the gymnasium with her elementary students or on the field coaching, you can find her focused on her own athletic training or supporting her teenage children and husband as they reach for theirs. In addition Catherine has been coaching and guiding women through a 30-day healthy living program for 5 years. Helping these women reach health and wellness goals that have eluded them. Using her skills as an educator and coach with her passion, knowledge and experience with plant-based nutrition she is in service to others to guide them to achieve their health and wellness goals.
