She is committed to helping people improve their emotional and mental health by reducing their stress and building resilience while focusing on the connection between the body, mind, heart & soul. Leah coaches people who are stressed and overwhelmed by their everyday lives, or have specific challenges or adversities they are facing and want to come out stronger. She helps people move from resistance to resilience by cultivating inner strength and confidence so they can create a life that they love. Leah is married to her awesome husband Rob, and they have a blended family of 5 kids. She lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but they love to travel the world. She also enjoys hiking, reading, writing, and is usually found laughing or enjoying the little moments.
