I believe to sustainably carry out a healthy diet it needs to be more than a diet but habits rooted in mindfulness and enjoyment. Let's talk about plant-based nutrition from a holistic perspective and learn how transformational it can be in concomitance with grounding mindfulness practices such as yoga.
