Gen Z can work from anywhere, salary is not the prime consideration, they are looking for a corporate culture of diversity, belonging and inclusion. Leaders need to listen to them and give them a voice, being mentors rather than managers. The importance of social and audio media platforms is considered and the effect of Covid on mental health and the resilience of this generation.
