Micah always felt insecure with his body, and so one day, he began his fitness journey during his freshman year of college when he met someone named Sterling from one of his classes who ended up being friends with. From that point on, Sterling began teaching him more about fitness from exercises and techniques to the world of dietary supplements (more specifically, creatine and protein). A year later, he suddenly stopped working out after losing motivation and hasn't worked out for two years since then. Until now.

In this episode, he talks more about his fitness journey despite him not knowing what he's doing and why he decided to start fresh again after 2 years of quitting the gym.
