Time management and distractions. This is one of the topics that keeps coming up over and over again. We all have distractions in our day, it’s how we manage them that is important.

When we say yes to one thing, we must say no to something else. When we accept more responsibility, it takes time out of our day. Our day is now being used on the new tasks and that does not leave room for everything that we were previously doing. Something has got to go. We cannot do it all.
