Episode 13: Joel Shehan

Joel Shehan is a mountain athlete and physical therapist. His dedication to mountain sports and his growing success as a competitive athlete inspires those around him, but he doesn't stop at simply succeeding in his own pursuits.
His attitude of inclusion and progress creates a space for those around him to push their limits, whatever their discipline may be. Additionally he continually seeks the balance between family, training, work, and self maintenance.
