170: Live the Life You Were Meant to Live (interview with Erin Kuehl)

This conversation will light your soul on fire!   In this episode I'm speaking with Erin Kuehl, the owner of Evolve Yoga and Wellness Center in Sioux City, Iowa. We discuss Erin's path to becoming a yoga instructor and business owner, spirituality, energy healing, and the power of stepping out of our comfort zones and into living our dream lives.    Through her many different skill sets, Erin's mission is to bring different tools to people so that they have access to things that will help guide them on the path of living the life they were meant to live.   Since 2012, Erin has been the visionary force behind Evolve Yoga and Wellness Center.  Mother to five children, she answered the call to step into the unknown -  to bring the yogic way of life to Sioux City. Erin continues to plant seeds of inspiration and creation and has established a community where healers and seekers alike find empowerment on this path of the soul.     As an energy medicine practitioner, student of Yoga, full Mesa/Nusta Mesa carrier, practitioner and educator in the Q’ero tradition, Erin blends the unique aspects of Andean spirituality with the teachings of Yoga and mindfulness in classes where you will journey to your edge to strengthen your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.    Erin enjoys any activity that takes her outside, music that makes her body move, good chocolate, good food, and even better whiskey.
