Today I'm speaking with Jonathon Aslay, a self-love advocate, speaker, blogger, and published author. We discuss dating, self-worth, emotional maturity, loving yourself from the inside out, and more.   Jonathon is the author of What The Heck Is Self-Love Anyway, founder of Mid-Life Love Mastery, and a successful dating coach that specializes in mid-life and purposeful dating - but his mission has gone through a makeover.   After losing his 19-year-old son Connor in 2018, Jonathon Aslay was forced to acknowledge what he's suspected all along: that dating strategies are often too one-dimensional to have a meaningful impact.
