Meet Joycelyn Francis, also known as “Joy”.  She is a mother, wife, and NASM Certified Fitness & Wellness Coach and Photographer on a mission to change a million lives through movement.

As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, she's uses fitness to prevail over the mental and emotional trauma she experienced.  Using fitness as a tool, Joy has been effectively helping other women (and men) on their healing journey.  She understands how emotions are intimately intertwined with our waistlines .

She volunteers with the organization “Project Kind”, that helps hopeless persons get off the streets in addition to her non-profit that helps to mentor young or aspiring athletes.

Joy’s motto is  "Changing one feeling at a time, with One movement at a time”. While in her home in the  beautiful twin island of Trinidad and Tobago, she was honored by the Trinidad and Tobago Military by winning the “Fittest Female" training instructors title in 2016.

Joy spreads her vision through online fitness courses, challenges, personal training packages, group class pop-ups, and more.  Her platform of promoting emotional freedom through fitness has helped her take her message to large stages and has become a respected voice on topics involving women's rights and mental health.

Joy wants to share her story in hope that it helps to inspire or encourage someone in their journey.

Listen in as she shares her commitment to change!
