We have to get utilities right, compliance needs to be covered off and the physical space needs to be ready, but we often forget some of the proactive things we need to do to make the process of selling the space that little bit easier.

We have learnt these over the years from opening a number of multilet & flexible space locations and trying to figure out how to get them occupied and making money as quickly and smoothly as possible.
