AS WE CELEBRATE THE 100TH STAR WARS COMIC, CHARLES SOULE RELEASES FOUR SHORT STORIES! For ep 116, Star Wars 25 is the focus, where we celebrate Charles Soule’s 100th SW comic script with stories connected to his previous runs, including Obi-Wan teaching Anakin a lesson after The Phantom Menace, Vader fighting Palpatine after Revenge Of The Sith, Kylo Ren searching for Luke Skywalker after The Last Jedi and Poe Dameron’s eulogy for Black Squadron pilot Snap Wexley after The Rise Of Skywalker – if you’re a fan of Soule, you can’t miss this!

Star Wars 25 is written by Charles Soule, with artists Ramon Rosanas, Giuseppe Camuncoli, Daniele Orlandini, Will Sliney and Phil Noto (who also did colours) and colour artists Rachelle Rosenberg, Arif Prianto and Guru eFX.

Mike covered Star Wars issue 19 in the prelude to Crimson Reign; in episode 97 of SWCIC, and the following issues (& crossovers) in episodes 102, 104, 106, 108 & 110, plus for the prequel crossover; War of The Bounty Hunters, check episodes 60, 64, 68, 72, 77 & 84.

Last week, Mike released a spoiler-free book review & general overview for Padawan by Kiersten White; a novel centred around a young Obi-Wan Kenobi shortly after being taken on as a padawan by Qui-Gon Jinn. Obi-Wan travels to a new world, after being guided by a Jedi from the High Republic, he meets a group of children who seem to have strange force abilities, but there is more than meets the eye, as this mystery unravels around Obi-Wan all while he questions where his place is in the galaxy…
