Fiona Kong is a former analyst turned founder of the Home Sweet Homes (HSH) Journal. After becoming a single mom, she created this tool to help families stay connected and empowers kids to process big feelings, build their self-esteem, and become their best selves. She lives in Los Angeles with her 6 year-old son.
Fiona shares about her childhood, growing up with a father who was emotionally and physically abusive, and did not encourage expressing emotions. Despite her separation from her husband, she wanted to create a safe space for their son. The HSH is a family journal that children can take with them between homes, allowing parents to better communicate as a family.
