Listen up, when it comes to creating a healthy & balanced relationship with your body,  first thing is to ELIMINATE the habits that are no longer serving you!

We all have our own healing journey in life & for those of us that have really struggled with our bodies & our relationship with food, know the STRUGGLE IS REAL!

And in all of my learning & healing & growing, what I'm VERY clear on is that it is NEVER really about the food.

It is always something deeper. 

A deeper part of yourself that longs to be seen & cared for.

This is where you get to have compassion for yourself & realize that your journey is not linear & you are NOT alone.

As Empaths & HSPs, its normal to struggle with processing our emotions in a way that FEELS GOOD.

It is so much easier to continue to live distracted, play small & stay in our comfort zone.

You're not here to play small & stay in suffering!

(unless you want to of course & then by all means, you do you)

BUT I'm here to REMIND you that you're here to whip up magic, heal & remember that you are ENOUGH & deserving of all that you long for.
