Automation is a buzz word in almost every industry and coffee is no exception. Is it the death of the barista? Or will your daily cup become all the better?
Many barista have spent years mastering their craft, pouring their lives into the passionate pursuit of exceptional coffee.
But what if a robot could do it better?
Would you mind? Maybe a robot already does make your coffee. After all, when was the last time you watched the person making your coffee?
The million dollar question is, of course, any of this a bad thing? We think maybe not. Happier barista, tastier coffee, better service, more consistency. These are a few of my customers favourite things.
