C - Clarity: Be clear on what makes you happy and where you are struggling in your business or home life. Are you living in alignment to what’s important to you?
P - Prioritize: Make sure you establish clear priorities. How you spend your money, time & energy directly correlates to your priorities.
R - Responsibility: You have to create and set clear boundaries. Saying ‘yes’ to everything can leave you overcommitted and burnt out.

Here are more tips to help you balance your life:

Establish a morning routine - routine becomes a discipline.
Eat for performance - focus on nutrient dense foods to fuel your body & leave the Doritos behind.
Don’t Schedule Meetings Back to Back - Add a buffer for recovery.
Drink Water - easy but sometimes forgotten through out the day.
Create opportunities for movement - get up from your desk regularly and take a 5 minute walk.
Ensure you are getting adequate sleep - aim for 7-8 hours and achieve good sleep by following the 3,2,1, rule.

3 hours - no food before bed
2 hours - no work before bed
1 - no screens before bed
