Things have changed dramatically. Leaders expectations have changed. Employees motivation levels have changed. This podcast teaches a very specific methodology of how to take the expectations of the leader and the goals of the employee and combine them into a cooperative coaching relationship serving both parties interests. Again, things have changed dramatically as we talk about the new normal we also have to remember each and every employee has probably been greatly altered by recent circumstances; therefore, it's incumbent upon us as leaders to revisit each and every employees goals as well as our own expectations of those employees.

On July 16 at 11 AM we will be doing a live workshop Coaching to the NEW NORMAL ("The Coaching Starter") teaching the methodology of both of these assessment tools that serve both the leader and the employee in a cooperative manner. Here's a link to register: click here

During this workshop we will be teaching the following:

SOAR Assessment - this assessment is where the manager lists out using the acronym of SOAR employees strengths, opportunities to improve, actions needed to facilitate improvement, and responsibility they seek from their employee to communicate successes and barriers to progress.GOAL Assessment - the employee completes the goal assessment. GOAL stands for great, opportunity, actions, and love. The employee will list out what they need to be great at, the opportunities afforded to them if they become great, the actions required to improve, and what they will love about achieving their goals. We teach how to interpret these results into a cooperative coaching plan serving both parties interests in creating a maximum opportunity for both parties to work together and achieve cooperative and individual results.
