He featured in the first issue of COACH Magazine and when we worked on the article together, we could never have known what we were all to face on year on in the form of Covid-19 and a global pandemic.

The life of Joydeep and his teams has, over the last 3 months, been itensely focused on the frontline battle with Covid-19 and in this episode, he shares the reality of this and the toll it has taken on teams and staff and also how he has coped during these times personally and professionally.

Joydeep is also a trained coach, Master NLP Practitioner and NLP Trainer and he understands the power of these tools in his life and in his work. We discuss the difference they can make in learning how to adjust mindset and approach and how challenging it is when people don't have these same tools and his quest to support himself, his teams, his patients and their families. The effect of all of this is trauma so how does he begin to manage and cope with this? What is the way forward now? What does the future look like?

All this and more in an open and honest conversation with a dedicated professional, a husband, a father, a son,  coach, a  true gentleman  - and a friend.
