Lessons upon lessons - life is full of them and what better way to learn than from those that have been out ahead of us in life. This came about from a TED talk that Jeff Lip shared with me the other day. It was shared about a long-time study of a group of men - studied from when they were kids until they were elderly - focusing on Happiness - and they found some remarkable things. Relationships came to the top as what was really important in life. Here is the link: https://www.ted.com/talks/robert_waldinger_what_makes_a_good_life_lessons_from_the_longest_study_on_happiness

That got me really thinking about this so I found a few articles - here is the one that I shared today: http://www.lifehack.org/articles/communication/20-things-people-regret-the-most-before-they-die.html This is something that I will probably focus in on again sometime - I find it fascinating to learn from others.
