Dealing with stress of Crohns...mentally, physically, and financially

In this episode, Joe talks about how he is dealing with stress and how it is effecting him physically with Crohn's.  Crohn's isn't always through the physical strain felt but also financially.  Joe talks about setting aside money for the different tests or events you may have with Crohn's.  He also wants to remind you to set aside time for yourself, even in the middle of the day, and reenergize yourself for the rest of the work day.
