2nd Crohn's surgery hitting me hard

In episode 2, Joe starts to talk about the fun time he had coaching college basketball and going to the NAIA National Tournament.  Soon after what feels like a pulled muscle turns out to be something more, which leads to a second surgery and the complications that come with it.  Joe talks about getting hit with bacteria in the blood and depression in the hospital that soon followed.
