This week we are talking with Jared and Lauren Burdick, who started their company, Miles and Macros,  three years ago with the intent to help people get the most out of their running and nutrition by providing them with training to help them meet their individual goals.  Their programs feature half marathon, marathon, cycling, and strength workouts, all available using their app, in-person or virtual. In addition to that, they host three trail races at three different locations, which are all beginner friendly, but also challenging enough for the most experienced runner. I was introduced to Miles and Macros by a good friend of mine Bob Galinski and have since been following their work.
