AG Carr’s request for out-of-state medical records raises privacy concerns; Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary defends Pentagon’s reproductive health care policy

This is following a recent letter from Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr and 18 other state attorneys general. They oppose a proposed Biden administration rule that would keep access to a patient’s out-of-state medical records private.
