On the occasion of my 28th birthday, I found myself reflecting on the road that led me here. These three core principles have become the pillars upon which I construct my life and my goals. Consistency, as I learned from the challenges of 75 hard and running a marathon, is the key to cultivating habits and achieving the goals we set. 

But consistency is just one part of the equation. I found that leverage, the ally of efficiency, plays a significant role in goal attainment. It's about using the resources at hand to amplify your efforts and results. Further, nothing in life is incidental - from vacations to ordinary work weeks, intentionality is crucial.
