Too often it’s all doom and gloom when we talk about our hormones. We speak of them like they’re our enemy. They’re not! And as soon as we understand that, we can let the real healing begin.

We also discuss how the gut is the control center for the majority of our hormones as well as the immune system. This is all linked to our subconscious thoughts, which is really the key to our health. That’s why we tell you about some steps that you can take today to regain control over your health.
