It’s up to you to take control of your own health and well-being. Fortunately, your body is telling you just what you need to know as long as you give it room to speak to you. In a world where medicine is more focused on treating symptoms than causes, it’s essential that we have the space to listen to our bodies with self-compassion. That’s when healing can truly occur.

About Diane Kazer:

Diane Kazer knows all about this through her own journey. She is the founder of the Warrior Cleanse and the CHI Warrior Hormone Transformation Tribe and is the co-host of this show. Because of her own struggles with hormone, skin, energy, addiction, mood, and gut issues, she has made it her mission to work empathetically and compassionately with other women who suffer the same way.

In this, the very first episode of Cleanse Heal Ignite, Diane shares the amazing story of her own health’s journey and transformation. She candidly talks about her own experience, but it’s also the experience of so many other women and we need to understand that we are not alone in this. We all have parts of our past that led to self-hate and rejection. What Diane highlights in this conversation is that your bodies can communicate to you what it needs if only you listen to it compassionately and give it space to speak.

What have you learned from your body once you allowed yourself self-compassion? Share your story in the comments!

In this episode: Diane’s story of reclaiming control over her health Why pointing your finger at others is a disempowering act The power that comes from truly listening to what your body is telling you How many medications allow us to ignore the problems in our bodies instead of dealing with them Identifying your passion and purpose in your life Quotes:

“Just because we have symptoms or are suffering or are diagnosed with conditions, it doesn’t mean that’s how we’re supposed to feel.” [1:51]

“My body is actually giving me a clue and insight as to what’s happening deep inside me and I need to listen to it.” [11:11]

“You have an intuitive hint that something is not right with your body, something feels off, something smells off -- it’s just this burning question. If you don’t ask that question, that burn turns into inflammation.”  [21:15]
