The last business trip I went one before the lockdown was to Nashville to spend the day with NYT Bestselling Author Donald Miller and a small group of fellow entrepreneurs. We were gathered to pilot a new course on Mission Statement.
I’ll spare you all the details, but the bottom line is that I was able to distill down my core belief in business. It has become my agency’s vision and a message that is deeply personal. Here it is…business is more meaningful when people connect on a human level.
The second people start to feel like they’re involvement with you is without meaning, they being to drift. This is true for both your clients and your teams.
