11. Conflict Resolution

The wonderful Cady Leinicke is back for another amazing episode, which she jam packs with great advice for how to help children learn to resolve conflict on their own. The tools in this episode are so very useful to teach the children you nanny how to problem solve and think beyond their own wants and needs. I have been using this 5 Step Process since we recorded this episode and let me tell you, it works! There are also several more games for teaching empathy and a very cute story at the end!!!
