Guided Relaxation / Guided Meditation:

Breathe and direct your thoughts to connecting with God. Let your stomach be a balloon inflate, deflate.

Bible verses for Meditation:

John 1
NASB
10 He was in the world, and the world came into being through Him, and yet the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own people did not accept Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name, 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of a man, but of God.

KJV
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

Meditation:

Many times we ponder what wisdom we can apply to our life. We appropriately seek knowledge and understanding in order to improve our situation and the world around us. To do this we apply wisdom from various traditions. Psychological science blesses many people’s lives, medicine heals the body, science advances human understanding, political perspectives can guide our civic activity. These things can be a blessing from God. Yet we need to be mindful in how we absorb these philosophies into our lives. If we are not careful we can swallow these worldview and let them guide our faith and believe in the most High God.

It is helpful to remember. The world rejected Christ. The world did not understand him. He came into his own and they did not receive him. Yet it is through Him that salvation is possible. It is through Jesus that we will eventually rise victorious over this world and this life. He has given us the sacred trust to be His children. We should be careful to place God and a right understanding of God at the pinnacle of our ideologies and activity. Always be curious about how the views that you have reconcile with God. Allow His love to guide your worldview. We are born of God.

Meditation of Prayer:

Pray as directed by the Spirit.

Dedicate these moments to the patient waiting, when you feel ready ask God for understanding you desire from Him.

Meditation of God and His Glory / Hesychasm:

I invite you to sit in silence feeling patient for your own faults and trials.

Summarize what insights you have gained during this meditation and meditate and visualize positive change in your life:
