Ronald M. Roman teaches and conducts research in the areas of corporate responsibility, sustainability, ethical supply chains, social entrepreneurship, and business ethics. His research has received awards including winning the “Best Case of the Year” award given by the Case Research Journal. In teaching and mentoring, Ron seeks to guide development of the critical and creative thinking skills necessary for success while highlighting the importance of ethics, integrity, and empathy.



Ron received his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Business Environment, Ethics, and Public Policy from the University of Pittsburgh. He has taught at several universities including San Jose State University in San Jose, California, Presidio School of Management in San Francisco, California, and American University in Washington, D.C.
