People have pointed out that there is language in the law that legalized cannabis that says that patients can purchase seeds, yet they've never seen seeds on sale at a dispensary.

"Adult registered qualifying patients may purchase cannabis seeds from a dispensary for the purpose of home cultivation. Seeds may not be given or sold to any other person."
