From her Catholic upbringing on the west coast to discovering yoga in New York to her realization that Chicago is just a friendlier place to settle, Lourdes and I talk about her decision to start a health and wellness magazine in order to build community amongst wellness professionals and the people who might benefit from their gifts.  In addition, we discuss the importance of her regular practice of dreaming big and how she manages and takes risks.
