Please enjoy a series of interviews that Paul Fowler has with Chicagoland based yoga teachers, studio owners and thought leaders. In these wide ranging conversations, we learn about what brought them to yoga, their secrets on how to build a life around teaching yoga, their connections to their teachers, as well as connecting asana to all aspects of yoga and life.

Paul has been practicing yoga, Thai massage and Buddhadharma for more than two decades. He is the owner and director of Blue Lotus Thai Healing Studies, a 200 hour immersive experience in the Thai healing arts. Currently he sees Thai bodywork clients privately, teaches Blue Lotus trainings, and has a thriving Health Coaching practice based in Functional Medicine. He has lived in Chicago his whole life and feels blessed to have met so many amazing people along the way.
