In this episode, Jeff chats with Joe Yi, EVP at Apogee Financial Partners, about how important it is to build leadership character in our youth, his lessons learned at West Point and active military service, his transition into civilian life as a sales leader, and what he’s learned along the journey about the requirements of a servant leader. In the end, this has helped him realize the importance of knowing where the striving for rank ceases in order to arrive at the leadership level aligned with your giftedness.
